We are a team of young people passionate about exercise and determined to change people's lifestyle. 

We have been working daily since 2014 to change the lives of those who come to us. More than sports, we focus on quality of life, health improvement and daily well-being. 

In our team you will find qualified professionals available to listen to you and accompany your life change. They will do everything in their power to give you best hour your day.

CrossFit is a training methodology that can be considered a sport or a branch of fitness, a complete workout that varies the stimuli, intensity and develops motor skills that I consider above average for a person who has only one hour a day to train… in short, it improves the quality of life and brings improvements in body composition when accompanied with a balanced diet.

Crossfit Leiria is an example if this definition, searching for health and quality of life. We provide incredible daily experiences and fight against external factors that rob us, such as stress, anxiety, self-esteem and desocialization.
